The Financial Systems office is responsible for all technology implementation in the JHU Finance Office. This includes hardware and software support and maintenance of LAN and Web-based information systems such as the E210 (Electronic Timekeeping System), the Effort Systems, JHU Finance Website, Oculus Document Management, International Banking, Sponsored Dashboards and JHU Financial Records Retention.
Internally, the FSA staff provides support for all departmental desktop systems and peripherals as well as networking and financial application storage and development. FSA also handles on-site and off-site retention of financial records.
